Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible items
- Must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Hygiene-sensitive items once opened.
- Gift cards.
How to return
Email relixnow09@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping, at no cost to you.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
In accordance with Spanish and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Refunds for withdrawals are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
