Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times

• Spain: 5–10 business days
• Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
• Rest of world: 14–25 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, weather or carrier congestion.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and cart weight. Free shipping is available on orders over €49 within the EU.

Customs & duties

Orders to non-EU destinations may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to declare accurate values on shipping documents.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or if your order is significantly delayed, please contact relixnow09@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

If an order is returned to sender because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it at the customer's expense or refund the order minus outbound shipping cost.
