Welcome to Puriova. By accessing or using puriova.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. The store

The Site is operated by Hugo Latorre, located at Grupo Vicente Garamendi 2, 3b, 48006 Bilbao, Spain. For any question, you can write to relixnow09@gmail.com.

2. Products and pricing

We try to display product colors, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders

An order is accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, shipping restrictions or stock unavailability.

4. Payment

Payment is processed at the moment the order is placed. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping & returns

Shipping times, costs and return conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Consumer rights (EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you enjoy the statutory rights afforded by Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), including a 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Puriova or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reuse content without prior written permission.

8. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access, to transmit malware, or to interfere with other users.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puriova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the products purchased, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bilbao, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.
