Payment Methods
Everything you need to know about how payments work at checkout.
How you can pay
We want checkout to be as simple as possible. Puriova accepts the following payment methods:
All methods are available at checkout. Simply select the one that works best for you.
When you are charged
Payment is processed at the time you place your order. You will not be charged before completing checkout, and your order is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Currency
All prices on puriova.com are displayed in US Dollars ($). If your bank account or card is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply their own exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee. Puriova has no control over these fees.
Security
Your payment information is always safe with us. Puriova uses SSL encryption on every page of the checkout process. We do not store your card details โ all card payments are processed securely by our payment providers, who are fully PCI-DSS compliant.
You will never be asked to share your card number, CVV, or banking credentials via email or any other channel. If you receive such a request claiming to be from Puriova, please disregard it and contact us immediately.
Payment issues
If your payment is declined, please check the following:
- Your card details are entered correctly
- Your card has not expired
- You have sufficient funds or credit available
- Your bank has not blocked the transaction
If the problem persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank directly. You can also reach our support team through the Contact page and we will do our best to help.
Invoices and receipts
An order confirmation is sent automatically to your email address once payment is processed. If you need a formal invoice for business or tax purposes, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and billing details.
Secure checkout, every time
Your payment is processed only at checkout, your card details are never stored by us, and every transaction is protected with SSL encryption.
