Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within the return window stated below. Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Used or damaged items not caused by delivery issues
- Personal care products where hygiene is a concern
- Gift cards or downloadable products
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos if applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items. In most cases, if eligible, a refund or replacement will be offered depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
